If you purchased support from Blue Sky POS or you are a reseller..
call us at 888.296.7055 between the hours of 9am to 5pm PST (GMT-8) Monday through Friday. Your support agreement must be current to receive phone or remote support. If your agreement is inactive, call your Reseller or Blue Sky POS to renew.
What’s Included in a Support Agreement?
A support agreement purchased from Blue Sky POS includes unlimited phone, email and remote support between 9am to 5pm PST, software updates, fixes and enhancements. Our Resellers may offer different or customized support plans.
If you purchased support from a reseller then contact your local reseller for support. If your reseller is not active, please call us to locate a reseller in your area.
